Using our Services

Please do not misuse our Services. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct. For example, do not try to access our services using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide or do not interfere or alter contents, etc. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any content / legal notices displayed in or along with our Services. Our Services display some content that is not ours but that we refer to and thus provide additional input to the users/students. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law.

Code Along Classes Account

The content on the website is to help students in achieving their educational goals. There is no guarantee that the information provided is sufficient to achieve high marks / high scores in any interviews/assignments
At any time we can analyze your submissions and responses in any form to provide you personally relevant product features, such as customized lesson notes or reading material/practice questions. This analysis occurs as the content is sent, received, and when it is stored.

Modifying and Terminating our Services

We change and improve our Services on a regular basis. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether. Code Along can stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

Privacy Policy

  1. Code Along only collects some basic information of a student while they register at our portal. This contains their name, email, mobile, address, school name, grade, age, parent name, parent email and mobile.
  2. The above information (a) is required to give them access to our portal, to provide our services and to send them some useful information such as homework, information about free classes, etc.
  3. Code Along does not share or pass these details (a) to any third party.
  4. Code Along does not collect or save any Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank Account details of any client. All financial transactions through our website are processed by a secured payment gateway company and are responsible for the security and privacy of these financial transactions.

We will use all reasonable endeavors and security controls so that your information is not compromised. However, users should be aware that the World Wide Web is an insecure public network that gives rise to a potential risk that a user's transactions or information are being viewed, intercepted or modified by third parties or that files that the user downloads may contain computer viruses, disabling codes, worms or other devices or defects. Code Along does not guarantee to protect the registration form data when you use our Services. It is the user’s responsibility to provide their personal data at their own risk if they want to use our Services.

Refund Policy

  1. 14 Days Trial:

    2. There’s a 14-Days trial period after you pay the registration fees. During this period, if you decide to leave the program, 100% upfront fee will be refunded - no questions asked.

  2. Post Completion of Program:

    3. To be eligible to get a refund post-completion of the program, learners must:

    1. Have a valid Pan card, be eligible to work in India and is joining the program with the intention of taking up new job opportunities at the end of the program.
    2. Have Minimum 80% attendance in all sessions conducted during the program
    3. Score above 60% in all Code Along assessments and modules in first attempt and pass all plagiarism checks.
    4. Complete and submit the Capstone Projects as per the required program timelines.
    5. Complete and submit all course requirements (assignments, assessments etc.) within required timelines.
    6. 100% participation in all placement activities and placement interviews

      7. If the candidate fulfills all the above-mentioned eligibility criteria and still doesn’t get a job within 1 year after completion of the program, 100% registration fee will be refunded.

Updates

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to You. We suggest that You regularly check these Terms of Use to apprise Yourself of any updates. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions. As long as You comply with these Terms of Use, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.

No Warranties

The Website and the Services are provided on an "as is'' basis. We do not make any other representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation that the Website or the Services will meet Your requirements, will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, secure, or operate without error.

Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless BDFL Technologies pvt Ltd, its owner, licensee, affiliates (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BDFL Technologies Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with these terms of use, even if the user has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.

Severability

If any of these terms are declared to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction to which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining Terms of Use shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Exclusive Jurisdiction Clause

The terms and conditions are governed and guided by the laws governed in India. If there is any dispute, suit or legal proceeding, etc which has been commenced to resolve the dispute arising with relation to the terms of this service, training program or any other matter i connected therewith or incidental thereto, shall be subject to be under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Hyderabad, India.
